We endeavor to follow through with our values in the management and operation of our headquarters building.We are pleased to announce that we have successfully achieved the BOMA 360 Performance Program designation, a green certification for individual building operations by the Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (GRESB), the worldwide portfolio-level standard for environmental, social and governance (ESG) benchmarking for real estate.
The BOMA 360 Performance Program evaluated our headquarters building, located at 1703 Broadway in San Antonio, TX, against industry best practices in several areas of building operations, including building management, life safety risk management and security, training and education, energy efficiency, environmental sustainability, tenant relations and community involvement. We are honored by this designation, and proud of our commitment to living out our values in a practical way. Thank you to everyone who contributed to this accomplishment.
