    Log in to Credit Human online banking to make your loan payment.

    To pay your loan from any other financial institution in the United States go to Connect a Financial Institution within online banking and follow these steps for an instant verification process:
    1. Search and find your financial institution
    2. Enter the username and password for your financial institution
    3. Confirm and view your accounts
    You may also verify your account through a micro-deposit by connecting your account manually. Please allow up to 3 days for an initial setup.

    Express Online Payment

    Make a payment using your debit card or routing number and account information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. There is a $10 fee for this service. Payments are posted on the same day if submitted before 8 pm CST.
    $10 Fee: Auto Loans | Personal Loans | Credit Cards

    Visit the Express Payment portal. With an account, log in with your email and password. Without an account you can select the express pay button. Use your account information to make a payment.

    Payments made through the express system before 8 pm will post the same day. There is a $10 fee to use this service that is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

    Agent Phone Payment

    Make a one-time payment from another financial institution by phone with a Member Service Center agent. There is a $10 fee for this service. There's no fee to transfer funds from a Credit Human account to your Credit Human loan.

    Please have your routing number and account number from where you would like the payment to be drafted. There is a $10 fee to make a one-time payment over the phone when transferring funds from another financial institution. Member Service hours are Monday - Friday 7 am to 7 pm and Saturday 9 am to 12 pm CT. Call us at 800-688-7228.
    $10 Fee: Manufactured Home Loans

    Please call our Manufactured Home Loans Servicing Team at 866-310-2143, Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 5:30 pm CST. Have available your account number, bank routing number and bank account number.
    No Fee: Credit Cards

    Please have your routing number and account number from where you would like the payment to be drafted. There is no fee to make a one-time payment over the phone. Member Service hours are Monday - Friday 7 am to 7 pm and Saturday 9 am to 12 pm CT. Call us at 800-688-7228.
