You can walk into any Financial Health Center and get help as soon as a Member Relationship Specialist is available, or you can get connected faster by letting us know you’re coming.

Appointments have priority in our queue, so if you want to meet with a Member Relationship Specialist at a specific time, either later today or on a future date, making an appointment gives you the flexibility to coordinate a time that works with your schedule.

Coin counter machines

Conveniently transfer coins directly into your checking account from a participating Coinstar® kiosk. Credit Human members are charged a 5% transfer fee at Coinstar kiosks which is lower than Coinstar coin-to-cash transaction fees.  A minimum amount of 10 cents per transaction is required.

ITMs: a human touch in a digital world

Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs) take care of day-to-day transactions, allowing our specialists to have deeper conversations, while still having a person on hand to help. Tap the screen to speak with a live advisor just like you would at a teller counter. You and our advisor will communicate via video chat during your ITM session.
