Identify the type of fraud you’re experiencing
Fraud comes in all shapes and sizes. Reporting fraud to Credit Human starts with identifying your situation and submitting the correct secure dispute form, so that we can direct your dispute to the right team.
ACH transaction fraud
What is ACH transaction fraud? The unauthorized use of members' routing and account numbers to fraudulently remove funds from accounts.
Example: Funds were taken out of my account without the use of my debit or credit card number.
Debit or credit card transaction fraud
What is debit card or credit card transaction fraud? The authorized but incorrect or unauthorized transactions with your debit or credit card.
Example of an unauthorized transaction: My card number was stolen and used by an unknown person.Example of an incorrect authorized transaction: I am aware of the transaction but was charged incorrectly.
ATM/ITM transaction dispute
What is an ATM or ITM transaction dispute? A transaction at an ATM or ITM with an error in funds dispersal.
Example: I withdrew $100 but the ATM only gave me $80.ACH transaction fraud
