Be aware of impersonation phone scams

Credit Human will not initiate a phone call, email or text message asking for your sign-in information, including usernames, passwords or one-time passcodes. Please notify us of any suspicious messages or calls that appear to be from Credit Human. For security reasons, please don't include any personal information in your message.

Stay alert to fraudulent calls

What's happening

We’ve seen an increase in reports of fraudsters calling members and falsely claiming to be from Credit Human. These callers may ask for account information, personal details, passwords, card numbers or one-time passcodes, often referencing suspicious transactions or debit card activity.

Once they get the member to share enough information to access the account, the caller may try to take control of the account, transfer money out of the account or make unauthorized charges.

What we are doing

Credit Human is actively monitoring this activity and taking steps to help protect our members. In some cases, accounts may lock automatically if possible fraud is detected.

Remember: Credit Human will never call, text, or email you to ask for your account information, password, or one-time passcode.
