Can I use my cashback to purchase an additional gift card?
Yes, you can. When you choose your payment method during purchase, you can toggle on the option to use your current cashback balance.
Where does my cashback go?
Your cashback lives in your CashBack+ wallet in digital banking. At any time, you can instantly transfer your cashback to your Credit Human checking or savings account.
Where do I find my digital gift card?
Your gift card is available when you complete your purchase. It is also delivered to your email address and remains available in your CashBack+ wallet.
How do I use my gift card?
Directions on how to use each card are displayed when you purchase your digital gift card, and are available when you access it after purchase. You can add most gift card to your Google Wallet or Apple Wallet by selecting Claim your giftcard and following the prompts. If a digital gift card is for online use only, such as an Amazon gift card, this option will not be displayed. Instead, directions specific to that digital gift card will be presented to you.
How do I access CashBack+?
You can enroll in CashBack+ through digital banking, and access it through your dashboard. Your current cashback balance is displayed on your dashboard, along with your lifetime earnings, so you know how much you've earned.
